Order Processing and Delivery:
We aim to dispatch your goods within 3-4 working days of receipt of order with free international mail, but offer a priority service for a small fee. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your goods within this time frame, we will send notification to you however we dispatch most of the order within 5 working days. We use Standard Mail services for Netherland orders & International standard Mail for overseas orders. If you require specific alternative services, please contact us before ordering.
Please also note that a few of our items are dispatched from outside of Netherlands and these orders comes with a tracking number. We use International Registered Mail to dispatch such orders. You should be able to track the status of your package on the postal website of your home country. However you may also see the status of the package on UPU (Universal Postal Union) website given below:

It takes up to 4 weeks for a package to reach most of the location. However in some unexpected event it may take more than the estimated time. Kindly contact us if you require any help in such case.
We cannot be held responsible for delays after the goods have been dispatched. Orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday will not usually be dispatched until the following week. If goods are returned to us by couriers because they were unable to deliver, then you will be contacted & given the choice of cancelling the order or having it dispatched again. In both cases a charge will be made to cover our additional costs
Return, Exchange and Refund:
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please e-mail info@celestialcrafts.com stating the product you wish to return, the reason for return & whether a refund or exchange is required.
Please not that you can only exchange, return and request a refund for an item in the following reasons:
* The item is significantly different from the pictures shown.
* The item is damaged in mail. In such case a photo of damaged item is required .
* The item is taking too long to reach you or it lost in the mail.
We will contact you as soon as possible to advise a returns number which you should quote when returning the item to us. If the product is sealed & unused then a full refund will be made, excluding delivery charges. If the product has been opened & used, a partial refund will be made. Returns should be made within 14 days of date of receipt.
