Processing your order:

We generally process all orders within three business days. However, in some cases, and for custom orders, we may take 5 to 7 business days to process and ship your order. The customer will be notified when the shipment is completed.  However, we will inform the customer if the shipment is delayed for any unavoidable reason.   

 

Shipment and Delivery:

We generally use two types of shipment profiles. The FREE Shipping and the EXPEDITE Shipping. For the FREE shipping option, you do not need to pay any shipping cost, and we bear the shipment cost. For the EXPEDITE Shipping, there is a fee, and the customer pays it.  You can choose the option that is your choice.

Tracking Facility:

The tracking facility comes with both types of shipment. However, tracking facility is limited for  FREE shipping options for some locations. On the other hand, a detailed tracking facility is available for the EXPEDITE shipping option.
