As a customer (‘you’) agree to be bound by these terms & conditions as set out by Celestial Emblems  referred to as (‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘we’).

Registration & Privacy:

​ We request that you register as a customer of Celestial Emblems so that you can access your order history & update details held by us, such as delivery & e-mail addresses. You will then be able to place orders & change personal details via the website. We will send you the latest offer & new product information immediately they are available. We will only use your personal information to inform you of such offers & to process your orders. We never pass on your information to third parties.

Purchases:

The only way to purchase our items is online from this website. View our catalog & click on items to place in your shopping basket. Upon ‘checkout,’ you will be asked for a few details so we can process the order. You can complete the order with PayPal. All card payments are processed by PayPal, and we do not see your card details. PayPal is a secure payment system that allows you to place your order with peace of mind. 

 

Returns, Exchange and Refund:

 

1. Due to the nature of the items and purpose of use we do not offer a refund for the magickal items that we offer. Some of the items are collected from the adepts and some of them are prepared by us. These items go through a series of ceremonies for the use.  Besides that any magick item that you bought from us should be used for several weeks to yield the desired outcome.

 

However there are some cases where we issue a full refund or offer an exchange services for the magickal items.  Here in below are the reasons when you can ask us for a refund or an exchange:

 

• It has been 6 weeks or more since your items was shipped, but you have not received it. As soon as we confirm from our end that you have not received the item, then you can request us for a refund or you may seek to send a new replacement for your order.

 

• Your package has got damaged in transit and you received a damaged item.  In such case you can request us for a refund or a replacement.

 

 

2. A digital product - is deemed “used” after the download or opening. All purchases made on our website for a DIGITAL PRODUCT are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. There is a strict no-return or no-refund policy for the digital items sold.

 

3.All other items except the magickal items and digital goods are entitled for a 14 days refund policy.

We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website is accurate & current. However, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the material or omissions from it. Errors notified to us will be rectified as soon as possible.

Orders:

All orders are subject to acceptance & availability. If the goods ordered are unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone & will be asked if you wish to wait for the item to become available or cancel the order. At our discretion, we have the right to accept or cancel any order whenever we will.

Prices & Payments:

All prices quoted are exclusive of any VAT or TAX . All our items in the website are currently zero-rated for VAT & TAX purposes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you. Payment can be made by PayPal or  by any major credit or debit card. If the price shown for any product is incorrectly advertised on the website & we discover this before processing your order, we are not required to sell the product to you at the price shown. If we discover an error in pricing, we will advise you & offer you the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling your order. All import duties & taxes by the international customs of your country are to be borne by you.

Cancellation:

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract or the order and you can request us to cancel the order within 1 day of placing the order. You must notify us in writing via the Contact Us Page. We will fully refund any money you have paid if there no cost associated in that meantime to process your order. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it is processed or already shipped to you.

Delivery:

We generally process all orders within three business days. However, in some cases, and for custom orders, we may take 5 to 7 business days to process and ship your order. The customer will be notified when the shipment is completed.  However, we will inform the customer if the shipment is delayed for any unavoidable reason.   

 We generally use two types of shipment profiles. The FREE Shipping and the EXPEDITE Shipping. For the FREE shipping option, you do not need to pay any shipping cost, and we bear the shipment cost. For the EXPEDITE Shipping, there is a fee, and the customer pays it.  You can choose the option that is your choice.

The tracking facility comes with both types of shipment. However, tracking facility is limited for FREE shipping options for some locations. On the other hand, a detailed tracking facility is available for the EXPEDITE shipping option.  We cannot be held responsible for the delay in transit.

Digital Goods Policy:

​All items offered on our website as PDFs or eBooks shall be considered DIGITAL PRODUCTS. All transactions for purchasing eBooks, PDF Files, and Downloadable Resource Material from our website, Celestialemblems.com, are considered PURCHASING DIGITAL products. All Digital Products are readily available for delivery via a digital file format like PDF, ZIP, or RaR. Delivery of such files is instant via our website after the order, or a download link will be sent by the system directly to the customer email attached to that order, and no tangible item will be shipped. A digital product - is deemed “used” after the download or opening. All purchases made on our website for a DIGITAL PRODUCT are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
